For this special occasion, Chef Marina Pugina has created an exclusive gastronomic mini-set featuring iconic Russian classics with an elegant twist: Borscht, Pelmeni, Olivier Salad, and a delicate Honey Basket dessert. Each dish is presented in a refined, compact format, inviting guests to discover a play of contrasts that reveals the full spectrum, depth, and authenticity of each flavour.

The perfect complement to the evening is Final Meridian, a signature cocktail crafted with distinguished Scotch whisky, complemented by the tangy notes of pineapple shrub and an elegant French liqueur with hints of ripe apple and chestnut.
