Chef Badma Aducheev presents his refined interpretation of Hong Kong street food in a special menu at Sintoho.

Crispy Tasmanian oysters, delicately fried; wok-fried rice with pork belly; and the classic egg tart — familiar flavours of Hong Kong reimagined through a contemporary lens, with an emphasis on exceptional ingredients and meticulous execution.
