The concept of the evening is built upon a delicate dialogue between fine dining and natural aesthetics. Unique select blooms by florist Ilona Veres, including the rare lemon sunflower and exquisite Chinese rose, will transform the space, serving as a visual continuation of culinary art.

The dinner features a five-course signature menu by the hotel’s Executive Chef Luca de Astis. Each course presents a harmonious alliance of premium ingredients and floral motifs, unveiling new dimensions of flavor. An exceptional wine pairing, personally curated by Head Sommelier Igor Smirnov, will perfectly complement the exquisite dishes to create vivid and unforgettable impressions.
