Dear colleagues, We are pleased to announce the appearance of a special menu with truffle and black sturgeon caviar in our restaurant!

Our guests will be able to try our signature dishes, which have acquired new flavour combinations with the addition of black sturgeon caviar. Guests will also be able to choose what they want to enjoy during dinner: dishes with sturgeon caviar, white or black truffle.

The seasonal menu includes appetisers with black sturgeon caviar, risotto and tagliolini pasta with the aromatic delicacy, which are already available for ordering.

Also, guests will have an opportunity to add a few grams of truffle to their favourite dishes from the à la carte menu!
